📋 Description

• Assist in the administration and management of the company’s global insurance programs specifically
• Support the renewal process for various insurance programs, ensuring timely and accurate
• Coordinate with brokers, insurers, and internal stakeholders to gather the necessary information
• Maintain up-to-date records of insurance policies, certificates of insurance, and related
• Analyze and evaluate risk financing options to optimize coverage and cost-efficiency.
• Prepare and present recommendations on risk financing strategies to senior management.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant work experience in a digital environment
• BA/BS degree or equivalent
• Progressive management plus examiner experience in Workers’ Compensation insurance industry
• Experience onboarding/managing insurance partners and brokers
• Ability to engage and support external employees and vendors across multiple countries
• Good analytical skills, ability to map processes
