📋 Description

• Manage HO property claims in litigation and appraisal from start to resolution.
• Drive litigation strategy with defense counsel and case posture.
• Oversee appraisal process from invocation to award.
• Investigate coverage terms and damages on complex HO claims.
• Prepare and maintain claim documentation and estimates.
• Negotiate settlements and coordinate with partners.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years HO claims with litigation experience.
• Author property estimates in Cotality (not just reviewing).
• Experience managing appraisal process from invocation to award.
• Strong verbal negotiation and collaboration with defense partners.
• Active adjuster license or eligibility to obtain licenses.
• Remote/hybrid claims experience; able to work from home.
