📋 Description

• Analyze intake files and identify potential employment law violations, damages, and liability

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in employment law, litigation support, or pre-litigation evaluation
• Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred
• Excellent writing, critical thinking, and analytical skills
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities
• Detail-oriented with strong time-management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
