📋 Description

• Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve litigation files of varying complexity, with a focus
• Direct and guide defense counsel throughout litigation, ensuring appropriate strategies are
• Interpret complex insurance policy language and applicable case law, determine coverage, assess
• Review defense counsel reports and recommendations, approve settlements within established
• Participate in private mediations, settlement meetings, hearings, and other litigation-related
• Contribute to regional cost-containment strategies by identifying opportunities to improve claims

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of strong insurance experience, with a focus on litigation claims within a bodily
• Demonstrated ability to investigate, assess, negotiate, and resolve complex claims while balancing
• Strong strategic negotiation skills and the ability to pursue early resolution without unnecessary
• Ability to quickly assess situations and financial or legal exposure while effectively managing
• Strong judgment and communication skills, with the ability to guide defense counsel and other
• Solid understanding of insurance principles, casualty claims, litigation processes, policy
