Follow plan of care by a registered nurse to provide personal, home, and companion services.
Help adults stay safe and independent at home.
Assist with daily living activities: bathing, grooming, toileting.
Provide light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making.
Meal preparation and feeding.
Range of motion/exercises and assist with ambulation and transfers.

🎯 Requirements

Minimum one year of direct Home Care experience as a HHA with another agency, hospital, or facility.
Live-In experience required.
Willing to work in Montgomery County, PA or Upper/Lower Bucks County, PA.
