📋 Description

• Join the Living and Residential Capital Markets team in Melbourne CBD.
• Manage data, analyze, and produce outputs for sale campaigns across Australia.
• Support the campaign lifecycle: submissions, marketing materials, and pricing.
• Model Living assets to determine pricing and projected returns.
• Aggregate data from multiple sources to monitor activity and supply in BTR, PBSA and Co-Living.
• Collaborate with other analysts across Colliers to support client decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Real Estate, Economics, Finance, Urban Economics or related field
• Professional accreditation (CPV aligned to role)
• High proficiency in AI and apps (Excel, PowerBI, PowerPoint)
• Highly developed research and analytical skills
• Understanding of local residential property markets and current issues
• Strong communication skills
