  • Conducting comprehensive behavioral health assessments
  • Developing individualized, trauma-informed treatment plans
  • Providing evidence-based individual and family therapy via secure telehealth
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary care team including therapists, PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and
  • Completing timely, accurate clinical documentation within electronic health record (EHR)
  • Supporting families through education, collaboration, and coordinated care

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Active Michigan independent license (LPC, LMSW, or LMFT)
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, and families
  • Ability to work independently in a virtual environment
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
  • Commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive care
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) clinicians strongly encouraged
