📋 Description

• Provide home health aide, skilled nursing and palliative care at clients' homes.
• Complete hospice visits in Chittenden and Washington counties.
• Be an integral part of a multidisciplinary health care team.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of work experience.
• Must be listed on the Vermont Aide Registry, active and in good standing.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Pass BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination.
• Criminal background check completed.
• Meet all state requirements.
