• Provide hospice visits as an LNA to clients in Rutland & Bennington County.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team delivering home health aide, nursing, and palliative care.
• Part-time 24-hr hospice visits with flexible scheduling.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of work experience.
• Must be listed on VT Aide Registry, active and in good standing.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Pass BAYADA Competency Evaluation.
• Criminal background check completed.
• Meet all state requirements.
