Loan Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Manage the entire loan servicing lifecycle for complex private credit instruments, including
• Ensure accurate calculation and processing of interest, fees, PIK accruals, amortization schedules
• Execute and reconcile cash transactions, manage lender/borrower communications, and proactively
• Partner with fund accounting teams to support month-end close processes, maintain accuracy in
• Support frontline investment professionals and relationship managers with timely and accurate

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience recommended in private credit loan operations, bank loan servicing, CLO
• Expertise in credit agreement mechanics, including loan origination and lifecycle events (fundings
• Proficiency in LSTA/LMA conventions, day count standards, and benchmark rate calculations (SOFR
• Attention to detail with strong numerical accuracy and ability to analyze complex position and cash
• A team-oriented problem solver who thrives in time-sensitive, high-visibility operating
• Experience with direct lending portfolios, including unitranche, DDTL, super-senior/first-out
