Logistician (Starship)

📋 Description

• Oversee flight hardware packaging, shipping, ground support equipment (GSE) inventory, and
• Coordinate transport of flight hardware and support equipment to ensure safe and successful launches
• Provide input and recommendations in compliance with DOT/CFR regulations for transport hardware
• Coordinate transport of flight hardware equipment and vehicles with manufacturing, engineering
• Coordinate transport readiness of transport equipment, including directing transport technicians
• Utilize master production schedules to coordinate resources and ensure teams and transport

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, operations management, business administration, or supply chain; OR
• Must be willing to travel to other SpaceX locations when requested
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 25 lbs.) unassisted
• Must be available to work extended hours and weekends as needed; flexibility is required
• Willing to respond to emergencies to support priority projects, missions, and launches
• Ability to pass Air Force background checks for Cape Canaveral and Vandenberg
