Place and track purchase orders
Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, co-packers, freight providers, customs brokers, and 3PLs
Schedule pickups and deliveries
Track shipments and proactively identify delays or potential issues
Coordinate international and domestic freight

🎯 Requirements

Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, purchasing, operations, manufacturing, freight, or
Experience coordinating multiple vendors or external partners
Strong organizational and project-management skills
Experience working with purchase orders, invoices, shipping documentation, or similar operational
Strong written and verbal English communication
Excellent attention to detail
