Logistics Coordinator (US Imports) – Night Shift

📋 Description

• Coordinate international import courier shipments for U.S. operations through carriers such as UPS
• Monitor shipment movement and resolve delivery delays, customs holds, and clearance-related issues.
• Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, suppliers, and internal teams to
• Review shipping documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, HTS classifications, and
• Follow up with carrier brokerage teams regarding entry corrections, duty-related issues, and
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve shipment and billing issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Over 2 - 3 years of progressive experience in international logistics, courier operations, and
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Business, Commerce, Foreign Trade, Customs
• Strong knowledge of US customs clearance processes, import/export documentation, trade compliance
• Familiarity with Incoterms and HS code classification is a plus.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
