📋 Description

Lead and develop the Logistics Team across 3PL and last-mile operations
Own operational performance reporting for leadership reviews
Manage 3PL/vendor performance and drive improvements
Improve customer experience post-purchase and delivery
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on initiatives and roadmaps
Influence logistics strategy and initiatives with regional/global stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

Experience in e-commerce/logistics, fast-moving consumer goods
Proven 3PL vendor management and SLA/contract experience
Experience leading/coaching a logistics team
Strong communication with external vendors and internal teams
Strong analytical skills and data-driven problem solving
Fluent in English with professional proficiency in Dutch or German
