Logistics Manager

📋 Description

• Own the US 3PL relationship, weekly cadence, SLA scorecards, and QBRs.
• Maintain warehouse performance on on-time ship rate, accuracy, putaway time, damage, shrink.
• Lead root-cause fixes for misships, mispicks, and mislabeling with CX input.
• Ensure inventory integrity: WMS accuracy, cycle counts, audits, reconciliations.
• Oversee kitting, assembly, value-add work orders, and staff planning ahead of peak.
• Develop SOPs for receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in logistics, fulfillment, or 3PL ops with physical product
• Experience managing a 3PL or DC operations
• Supply chain finance fluency; landed cost, cost per unit/order
• Hands-on inbound freight across forwarders, ocean/air, customs docs
• Auditing invoices and recovering money; pursue credits
• Experience in reverse logistics and returns processes
