Logistics Operations Execution Manager (f/m/x)

📋 Description

• Ensuring compliance with customer-specific SLAs in your customer portfolio.
• Proactively organizing the resolution of issues in existing logistical solutions, in collaboration
• Close coordination with key account management and other internal departments to optimize logistics
• Communicating with the operational contacts of our customers in German and English to build a
• Preparing and independently discussing weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports in Excel

🎯 Requirements

• Operational experience in parcel operations (CEP), transportation, or warehouse management in an
• Experience in B2B customer communication and customer service
• Data-driven work approach and a strong service orientation
• Solid knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel
• Proficiency in English and German (C1 or above)
