Logistics Specialist (9-month Fixed-term Contract)

📋 Description

• Act as day-to-day ops manager for 3PL and last-mile in your market.
• Monitor partner capacity and adherence to SLA daily.
• Own daily ops for your market in alignment with Commercial, Planning, and CX.
• Resolve delays and bottlenecks with urgency; escalate issues.
• Manage inbound/outbound flows to ensure on-time receipts and accuracy.
• Provide daily status reports to the local Commercial team.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on e-commerce/retail logistics with 3PLs.
• Proven track record owning daily metrics and strict SLAs.
• Experience in fast pick-to-order fulfillment or e-comm warehousing.
• Strong analytical skills; audit stock and invoices.
• Excellent organization and communication with partners and internal teams.
• English proficiency; additional languages a plus.
