Logistics Specialist (9-month Fixed-term Contract)

📋 Description

• Direct day-to-day manager for all 3PL and last-mile activities in your market(s).
• Own inbound/outbound flows with 3PLs to ensure timely deliveries and stock discipline.
• Enforce partner SLAs to support performance and cost-control targets.
• Resolve friction, delays, and bottlenecks; provide action plans; escalate as needed.
• Manage daily inbound order flows; provide status reports to Commercial/CX teams.
• Own dispatch and delivery metrics; collaborate with last-mile carriers and CX.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on e-commerce ops, supply chain, or retail logistics with 3PL/last-mile exposure.
• Proven track record owning daily ops metrics and enforcing strict SLAs.
• Experience with fast-moving pick-to-order fulfillment or e-commerce warehousing.
• Strong analytics with attention to stock and invoice data.
• Excellent organizational/communication skills; align partners and teams.
• Critical thinking, proactive; English proficiency; other languages a plus.
