• Review depot-level ship availability work packages to identify required materials, equipment, and
• Prepare and submit procurement packages, including MOR and Commodity Order requests, while ensuring
• Monitor procurement actions, identify potential delays or issues, and coordinate timely resolutions
• Maintain accurate GFM/GFE listings for individual vessel availability work packages and ensure
• Develop and maintain detailed tracking systems for GFM/GFE delivery schedules, ensuring required
• Coordinate with ILS and logistics representatives to monitor delivery timelines, address potential

🎯 Requirements

• Active Secret clearance is required.
• High school diploma with 7+ years of experience, associate degree with 5+ years, or bachelor's
• Proven experience in data entry and logistics functions.
• Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), DFARS, and other contractual
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
