Logistics Supervisor

📋 Description

• Supervise and direct the Logistics team during the shift, ensuring all responsibilities are
• Provide clear guidance and real-time support to team members, resolving blockers and escalating
• Monitor team performance and hold members accountable to daily execution standards.
• Train team members on logistics workflows, SOPs, and best practices.
• Prepare end-of-shift reports covering key metrics, incidents, and resolutions.
• Start each shift by reviewing the previous day's logistics metrics, including FFM-to-last-mile

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience in logistics, warehousing, or fulfillment operations, with at least 2-3 years in
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to upholding high standards of food quality and service.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
