📋 Description

• Drive the Loss Prevention strategy and execution within the Sales Market
• Implement loss prevention tools, training, awareness initiatives, methodologies, and shrinkage
• Analyze shrinkage reports, transaction data, and inventory discrepancies to detect and investigate
• Develop Loss Prevention Strategies based on risks and data
• Conduct root-cause analysis and provide actionable insights
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of loss prevention initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Security Management, or related field (or equivalent
• Certification in Loss Prevention, Risk Management, Retail Security are an advantage
• 3–5 years of experience in loss prevention, security, or risk management (preferably retail)
• Proven track record in reducing shrinkage and improving operational compliance
• Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory management systems, and POS transaction
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
