LPN - 1:1

📋 Description

• Travel to clients’ homes to deliver in-home nursing care.
• Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care for a single client at home.
• Care for adult and/or pediatric clients in private duty/home health.
• Shifts include 8, 10, or 12 hours with flexible scheduling.
• Build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients and families.
• Document care using electronic charting (Statewise).

🎯 Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Active LPN license in good standing in New Jersey.
• Willingness to travel to clients' homes for care.
• Proficient in electronic charting to document care.
• Ability to care for infant through geriatric clients.
