📋 Description

• Provide compassionate 1:1 home health care to patients
• Administer adult and/or pediatric nursing care
• Travel to clients’ homes for one-on-one care
• Manage 1–2 ongoing cases aligned with your schedule
• Deliver skilled nursing per physician orders
• Build meaningful, long-term client relationships

🎯 Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Active LPN license in good standing in New Jersey
