LPN - 1:1 Trach and Vent

📋 Description

• Provide initial 4-6 weeks of skilled home nursing to new admissions.
• Care for patients transitioning home from hospital; one-on-one home visits.
• Collaborate with Clinical Managers to meet care plans.
• Deliver personalized, one-on-one nursing at the client’s home.

🎯 Requirements

• New Jersey Nursing license in good standing.
• CPR Certification.
• Willingness to work across Morris, Sussex, Warren Counties.
• Willingness to work with all ages; Infant through Geriatric.
• One year of RN experience.
• Hands-on tracheostomy and ventilator experience with infants, pediatrics, and adults.
