📋 Description

• Travel to one client’s home near you on a schedule you choose
• Follow up with doctors' orders and document interventions
• Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions
• Document observations and evaluations accurately
• Provide hands-on, one-on-one client care
• Build relationships and watch client milestones

🎯 Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Current LPN license in good standing in the state
• One year of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse
• Trach care experience preferred but not required
