📋 Description

• Travel to clients' homes to provide care near you
• Provide compassionate LPN home health care in clients' homes
• Deliver one-on-one skilled nursing to a single client at a time
• Build long-term relationships and document progress
• Care for patients from infant to geriatric with diverse diagnoses
• Coordinate with the care team to plan and adjust visits

🎯 Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Active LPN license in good standing in New Jersey
• Willing to travel to client homes
