LPN - Home Care Nurse

📋 Description

• 1:1 in-home and school-based nursing for pediatric and adult clients.
• Travel to Lower Bucks County client homes on a schedule you set.
• Follow doctors' orders and document care plans.
• Perform assessments and monitor client conditions.
• Build client relationships and support milestones in care.
• Hands-on private duty care with autonomy in the home.
• Pay: up to $32/hr

🎯 Requirements

• LPN license in good standing in the state.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Experience in pediatric/adult private duty or home health.
• Ability to perform assessments and document care.
• Willingness to travel to client homes.
• Infant to adult care experience.
