Assist with personal care and activities of daily living (PC/ADLs)
Perform transfers, administer medications, and provide full assistance with PO feed
Assist with bowel program
Flush and change SPC (suprapubic catheter)
Document observations, interventions, and evaluations

🎯 Requirements

Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or
Current nursing license in good standing in the state (Pennsylvania)
