LPN - Hospital at Home (HICU), Nights

📋 Description

• Deliver skilled nursing care to pediatric clients at home.
• Work in a team-based HICU care team extending hospital care.
• Provide initial weeks of homecare and train families and care teams.
• Care for infants and young children living at home.
• Serve as an extension of the hospital care team in a home setting.

🎯 Requirements

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse license.
• At least 1 year verifiable LPN experience.
• NICU/PICU/ICU or home care trach/vent experience.
• Infusion and tracheostomy/ventilator care competence (home or lab).
