Deliver hospital-level, high-acuity care at home with BAYADA HICU training
Build strong family partnerships and monitor milestones
Follow doctors' orders and document client status
Travel to client homes on a schedule you choose
One-to-one client care per day in the home setting

🎯 Requirements

LPN license in good standing in the state
Graduate of an accredited nursing program (diploma/degree)
Current nursing license in good standing in the state
Pediatric/tracheostomy/ventilator care experience preferred
Willingness to travel to patient homes
Strong communication and documentation skills
