📋 Description

Provide one-on-one home care to high acuity infant and pediatric clients who are trach and vent
Provide advanced care such as tracheostomy and ventilator management
Perform electronic charting using Statewise
Care for clients with rare and complex diseases

🎯 Requirements

Current valid nursing license and graduation from a qualified nursing program
CPR in good standing
Ability to work with high acuity infant clients requiring trach/vent care and other advanced needs
