LPN - PDN

📋 Description

• Provide one-on-one LPN care in clients' homes (PDN)
• Travel to client homes to deliver care (1 client at a time)
• Flexible schedules with 1:1 patient care, no rushed visits
• Build long-term relationships with patients and families
• Infant to geriatric care in private duty nursing
• Document care using electronic charting (Statewide)

🎯 Requirements

• Active LPN license in New Jersey in good standing
• Graduation from accredited nursing program
• Experience in adult and/or pediatric home health care
• Ability to travel to clients' homes
• Strong patient care and communication skills
• Electronic charting experience (Statewise)
