• Support clinical programs focused on improving medication adherence, prescription optimization, and

🎯 Requirements

• Active, unrestricted LPN license in the United States.
• At least 1 year of professional experience working as an LPN.
• Experience using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems for accurate documentation, data
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve complex problems and encourage collaborative
• Ability to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and contribute effectively to broader
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly when educating and counseling patients

🎁 Benefits

• Annual base salary of approximately $48,900–$66,200, depending on geographic location, skills
• Fully remote work arrangement within the United States.
