📋 Description

• Coordinate post-merger integration initiatives and other cross-functional projects.
• Track project plans, timelines, actions, risks, and stakeholder updates.
• Conduct market mapping and research across technology, fintech, and other emerging sectors.
• Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets and strategic opportunities.
• Support cross-functional due diligence activities.
• Assist with transaction execution, including analysis, presentations, and internal materials.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in project management, strategy consulting, investment banking, private
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• The ability to manage workstreams from initiation through completion.
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive approach and a high level of ownership.
