M&A Associate

📋 Description

• Identify and research potential acquisition targets within the entertainment sector
• Conduct comprehensive financial modeling and valuation analyses to assess deal synergies and
• Evaluate financial, strategic, and operational risks associated with target companies
• Prepare detailed investment memorandums and deal-related documentation
• Assist in due diligence processes, including financial, legal, and operational analysis
• Develop and present investment theses to internal stakeholders and senior leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (required)
• Additional academic background in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field is a strong
• 5+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, top-tier management consulting, corporate
• Solid experience in financial modeling, valuation methodologies, and quantitative analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex data and ambiguity
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with exposure to senior stakeholders
