📋 Description

• Run the full deal lifecycle from outreach through LOI, diligence, closing, and early integration
• Build and manage a pipeline of investment targets; direct outreach to owners, brokers, advisors
• Develop investment theses, market mapping, and target prioritization
• Lead cross-functional diligence across financial, operational, legal, regulatory, and technology workstreams
• Own valuation and underwriting; build financial models and scenario analyses
• Partner with operations and finance on post-close integration planning and early performance tracking

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in investment banking, PE, corporate development, transaction advisory, or strategy consulting
• Experience executing transactions across the full lifecycle with increasing ownership
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; ability to build and stress-test models
• Comfort managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
• Clear, concise communicator with strong judgment
• High ownership mindset with attention to detail and execution
