• Execute on M&A and other strategic transactions, including due diligence, structuring deal
• Design, implement, and continuously improve scalable legal processes, templates, and playbooks to

🎯 Requirements

• JD degree and licensed to practice in either California or New York in good standing
• 4-6+ years of relevant legal experience in M&A transactions and the ability to flex across
• At least 4 years in the M&A group of a top-tier law firm, preferably as a 5th year+ associate
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and think creatively
• Team-focused and collaborative working style; strong sense of ownership and comfort operating
• Exceptional communication skills and intellectual curiosity, with the ability to drive stakeholder
