Machine Learning Engineer 2

📋 Description

• Build extraction pipelines turning raw conversation data into structured memory
• Tune LLM prompts and schemas for customer memory
• Own retrieval path with embeddings, vector search, ranking
• Contribute to eval systems, benchmarks, and regression gates
• Diagnose production issues across ingestion, extraction, indexing
• Partner with Product and ML teams on system changes

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building backend services
• Ability to pick up new languages and frameworks
• Experience with evaluation/quality-measurement systems
• Solid grounding in observability practices
• Fluency with AI-assisted dev tools
• Experience with Go and/or Python (desired)
