📋 Description

• Design and develop ML solutions for accuracy, performance, and safety.
• Build end-to-end AI/ML pipelines from data ingestion to deployment.
• Instrument AI/ML services with metrics, logging, and telemetry.
• Participate in on-call rotations and progressive production rollout.
• Collaborate across planning, design, and code reviews to improve quality.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Math/Stats or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years ML eng with Python and PyTorch/TF/JAX; NLP libs (Transformers, NLTK, SpaCy).
• Experience deploying ML services; model versioning & experiment tracking.
• Cloud infra (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Proficiency in Python (preferred) or similar OO language; LLMs in software systems.
• Desired: Conversational AI / LLM fine-tuning in production.
