Machine Learning Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and development of ML solutions ensuring accuracy and scalability.
• Implement end-to-end ML pipelines from data ingestion to deployment with guidance.
• Instrument AI/ML services with metrics, logging, and telemetry for health.
• Participate in on-call rotations and progressive rollouts for production inference.
• Collaborate across planning, design, and code reviews to raise code quality.
• Build AI features that extract meaning from voice and messaging data.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Math, Stats, or related field, or equivalent.
• 2+ years ML engineering with Python and PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
• Experience deploying ML services with versioning, experiments, and cloud infra (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Proficiency in Python or similar OO language.
• Experience using LLMs within software systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
