• Proven experience leading and managing engineering teams with a track record of successful machine
• Ability to develop and communicate a clear vision for the team's work aligned with company goals
• Strong project management skills including prioritization, resource management, and on-time delivery
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
