Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate equipment failures to the Manufacturing management team
Adhere to company SOPs to ensure consistent quality and safe operations
Accurately report completed orders using company-approved systems
Prioritize tasks to meet production deadlines
Ensure equipment and stations are maintained and replenished for the next shift

🎯 Requirements

Strong mechanical background
Troubleshooting and running machines
Solid understanding of mechanical principles and problem-solving
Quickly grasp new concepts and become proficient in operating various types of machinery
Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
Remaining on feet for the duration of the shift
