📋 Description

• Install, test, implement new operating systems and system software products
• Maintain and debug systems software
• Support 24x7x365 with on-call duty
• Install and configure CICS TS and OEM software products
• Provide technical support for CICS TS/WAS issues
• Execute disaster recovery tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years experience with zSeries/mainframe platform
• Hands-on technical experience with CICS TS / WAS and OEM product support
• Knowledge of CICS TS concepts, configuration, and tailoring
• Experience with IBM SMP/E
• Knowledge of performance monitoring products for CICS TS regions
