Mainframe Systems Programmer - ISV

📋 Description

• Install, upgrade, test, configure and implement all ISV software
• Monitor and provide on call support for the software
• Research and evaluate new software
• Assist team members and other areas with technical questions and problem resolution
• Participate in On-call Schedule and incident/problem resolution
• Handle incidents, changes, and problems related to z/OS and tools

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience within a mainframe environment within a large enterprise or
• Bachelor’s degree required and/or equivalent work experience
• Knowledge and understanding of z/OS and z/OS installation and maintenance including SMP/E
• Strong knowledge of TSO/ISPF, SDSF, JCL
• Strong knowledge of Unix System Services (USS)
• Strong knowledge of Unix System Services (USS) file system management and security
