Maintenance Engineer Trainee - Attach and Train Program

📋 Description

• Support preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance activities for manufacturing equipment
• Assist with equipment troubleshooting, breakdown investigations and the implementation of
• Support maintenance planning, work order management and documentation within the CMMS
• Participate in maintenance shutdowns, inspections and equipment improvement activities
• Assist with equipment reliability initiatives, root cause investigations and continuous improvement
• Support data collection, trend analysis and maintenance optimization activities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering; fresh graduates welcome
• Prior experience in rotating and static equipment maintenance is an advantage
• Knowledge of CMMS, reliability principles, cGMP requirements and predictive maintenance strategies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, planning and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with technicians, external contractors and cross-functional teams
