Maintenance Lead

📋 Description

• Leads and coordinates the daily work of the maintenance team, assigning and directing personnel and
• Monitors maintenance team staffing levels needed for production purposes; notifies the Maintenance
• Assists in training new maintenance employees or temporary agency employees on work processes and
• Reviews daily performance of maintenance team members and assists employees as needed; compiles
• Conducts level checklists of team members with the supervisor for equipment or work-process
• Communicates with equipment operators and maintenance technicians on other shifts to gather

🎯 Requirements

• Two years technical trade school and four years practical experience. OR 4+ years practical
• Proven ability to lead by example, take ownership of responsibilities, and effectively support and
• Solid knowledge of computers.
• Solid knowledge of word processing (Microsoft Word).
• Solid knowledge of spreadsheet programs (Microsoft Excel).
• Expert knowledge of basic math, including working with fractions and decimals, solving simple
