📋 Description

• Monitor and manage maintenance requests across a portfolio of properties throughout Canada
• Coordinate local technicians, contractors, and external service providers to arrange inspections
• Prioritize urgent maintenance incidents, coordinate immediate responses, and escalate critical
• Request, review, and compare contractor quotations to support cost-effective decisions and ensure
• Track maintenance costs, work progress, service-level agreements (SLAs), and completion deadlines
• Verify completed repairs through photographs, videos, or independent confirmation when appropriate.

• Previous experience in property management, facilities coordination, hospitality maintenance, or a
