📋 Description

• Directs in all aspects of property maintenance, including preventative, corrective, deferred, and
• Prepares or assists in preparing all market-ready apartments in regard to painting, carpet
• Performs various preventative maintenance functions and records findings in maintenance log.
• Maintains accurate inventory control of tools, equipment and supplies.
• Assists in performing apartment move-in and move-out inspections.
• Ensures that maintenance requests are handled promptly and completed within 24 hours.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of Property Maintenance Experience is required.
• Prior Supervisory experience is required.
• Experience with Entrata and/or Appfolio property management software preferred.
• A valid driver's license is required for this position, as job-related travel is an essential
