Maintenance Technician - EPA Certified

📋 Description

• Complete work orders in occupied and vacant apartments
• Assist with apartment turns and make-readies
• Troubleshoot, repair and install HVAC systems, electrical components, plumbing fixtures
• Help maintain the overall appearance of the community, including grounds, amenities, and pool areas
• Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to keep the property running smoothly

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of apartment or residential maintenance experience
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting, repairing, and installing HVAC systems
• Experience diagnosing and repairing appliances, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Strong customer service mindset and pride in your work
• Ability to independently troubleshoot complex maintenance issues and complete repairs safely and

• Pay: $24-27/hour (pay specific to 3Sixty Flats property)
• On-call pay: $150/week (calls or no calls), Additional $150 per holiday on-call
