Maintenance Technician - Villa Del Mar

📋 Description

• Perform general maintenance tasks including appliance repair, basic electrical, HVAC, plumbing
• Maintain exterior curb appeal of community and ensure cleanliness of grounds
• Assist with daily upkeep of pools, spas, laundry rooms, recreation areas, rental offices
• Ensure apartments are rent-ready within 3-5 days of vacancy
• Respond promptly to tenant service requests ensuring resolution within 24 hours
• Maintain accurate inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of hands-on maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting
• 2 years minimum experience and knowledge of property management software such as Entrata, Yardi
• General computer skills including operating mobile device
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
• Superior customer service skills including ability to manage difficult customers
• Ability to work independently
